Manor Farm, Cottesmore offers DIY livery in the heart of the county of Rutland. Based on a 1,000 acre working arable farm, Manor Farm Livery is a busy and friendly environment in which to get the most from your four legged friend.

From the outset, our ever increasing range of facilities has been designed with both safety and quality in mind. Manor Farm Livery currently offers well established pasture, all year round turnout, well ventilated stabling, a 65x x 25m sand and rubber outdoor arena, Monarch horse walker, off-road hacking, lorry and trailer parking and much more.

Based in the village of Cottesmore, near Oakham, we are within easy reach of the A1, Stamford, and many training and competition venues.
